OT Security Professionals Association
OT Security Professionals (OTSecPro) is a global, practitioner-led, non-profit community founded in December 2020 and incorporated in India as a Section 8 organization under the Companies Act, 2013. The community is dedicated to advancing Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Cybersecurity across critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, and transportation.
Led by experienced OT practitioners, OTSecPro serves as a neutral collaboration platform that connects asset owners, operators, engineers, cybersecurity leaders, regulators, researchers, and technology providers to promote engineering-grounded, experience-driven cybersecurity knowledge sharing and collaboration.

The Team consists of experienced OT practitioners, cybersecurity architects, researchers, and industry leaders who contribute their expertise to guide the community’s vision, strategy, and initiatives focused on strengthening Operational Technology and Industrial Cybersecurity.
This team is responsible for shaping community programs, technical discussions, research initiatives, global collaborations, and knowledge-sharing platforms such as OTSecPro TechTalk, TechChat, research publications, and community partnerships.
Beyond leadership, the Core Team plays a vital role in maintaining the professional integrity, technical depth, and purpose-driven culture of the community, ensuring that OTSecPro continues to serve as a trusted global platform for advancing Safety, Resilience, and Performance in industrial systems.
